Spicy Peanut Soup

1 cup peanut butter
2 Tbs oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tbs fresh ginger, grated
1 Tbs tomato paste
4 1/4 cups vegetable bouillon
splash Tabasco
1 Tbs sugar
fresh bean sprouts

Heat oil in sauce pan, adding in onions and garlic. Lightly brown.

Stir in bouillon and peanut butter. Stir and warm thoroughly.

Next, add spices and tomato paste.

Top with bean sprouts and serve immediately.
